Street Taco Wars Cook-Off Rules

The Old Hackberry Community Center
7 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Turn in time is at 11 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS
$50 per team.​
*Teams will consist of up to 4 team members.
*No food items will be provided.
*Cooking teams may use any type of nonpoisonous charcoal or propane fuel desired.
*Teams must provide their own ice chest.
*Teams must provide their own meat, tents, tables, chairs, cooking utensils, seasoning, charcoal, etc.
*All meat and foods are to be handled in a sanitary manner.
*Grills may be inspected for cleanliness before cooking begins.
*Teams may use any type of edible meat for the tacos, along with any seasoning, etc.
*All meat must be prepared on-site.
*Edible garnish only.
*Cookers must submit 3 tacos for judging, fully edible and presentable.  
*Turn in time is 11:00 a.m.
